Ever since freshmen year of high school, this has been one of my favorite songs (thanks to a very good friend of mine). So glad to hear it in the phenomenal film 50/50. 

One of these days

it’s all going to work out. And although I don’t know when that is and how the future will unfold, I have to be confident that there’s a plan for me and patiently appreciate the present. As C.S. Lewis put so wisely, “the future is something which everyone reaches at the rate of sixty minutes an hour, whatever he does, whoever he is.” Time is going to stay the same, and I need to remain comfortable with the fact that the events of life itself are going to be anything but.
